Keep every penny

By default, tippers cover the processing fees on top of their tip — so if a customer means to give you £10, you receive £10. They can choose to pay a flat amount instead, in which case fees come out of that.

Automatic payouts

Tips land in your Stripe balance instantly. Once you're taking a modest amount in tips each month, payouts to your bank are free and unlimited — we cover the cost out of our platform fee. Below that level we hold your tips until you reach it, and never longer than 90 days. Need it sooner? Request an early payout from your dashboard — a small fee applies, and it comes out of your next tips, not your customers' pockets.
